Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date the package was received to be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund (minus the shipping and handling fees). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Seasonal Items (Lent/ Advent Companions, Steubenville T-Shirts)
  • Final Sale Items

Partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD or DVD that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days from the return request date

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@lifeteen.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If the item was damaged prior to opening, or the wrong item was received, we will exchange it for the same item. Please email support@lifeteen.com to receive a return shipping label for the item(s) to be mailed back to us.
