Life Teen Guided Prayer Journal

Life is busy. Life is often loud. Life can be pretty stressful.

This is why A Life Teen Guided Prayer Journal was created. Its pages are filled with prompts, reflections, meditations, Scripture passages, artwork, stories, and activities to help you “press pause” on a busy, loud, and stressful world — and experience, even if it’s just for a moment in your day, the refreshing peace God offers through time spent with him in prayer.

Enter the quiet. Clear your mind. Open your heart. Hear his voice.

Be still, and know that I am God.

Psalm 46:10

Who Needs It

A Life Teen Guided Prayer Journal was written with teens new to journaling in mind. While some questions and reflections are specific to the modern teenage experience, and while certain guided prayers may already be familiar to some Catholics, the content is applicable and engaging for men and women of all ages from middle school up.

Using This Book

Bring your Life Teen Journal to a coffee shop or an Adoration chapel. Spend time journaling in between classes or on road trips. Get to know God personally in the comfort of your bedroom or in the beauty of nature.

With a variety of prompts and topics, there is something for everyone in the journal. It can serve as a gradual prayer experience from cover to cover, or you can select a topic from the Table of Contents that resonates with you, turn to that page, and journal through it.

Most topics are an average of one to two pages, designed for you to explore whenever you find yourself with a few minutes to connect with God. Some topics are more extensive for when you want to dive deeper in prayer. All topics can be revisited, revealing something new or profound each time.
