Stand Firm

Temptation is a common theme of the season of Lent, but this year, we are looking at it in a new light. Using a passage from the Gospel of Luke as our guide, Into the Desert: A Journey of Sacrifice and Temptation accompanies us into the desert, where we will face temptation and be challenged to sacrifice. Jesus knows what it is like in the desert, but He also knows what it is like to emerge from the desert having remained faithful to God. This Lent, we look to Jesus as our model and pray that we can follow His example, prevailing against the temptations of the devil and growing deeper in our relationship with God.
